Production Blog: Filming Complete!
Hey blog, I'm back again with some exciting information! Today the filming process was complete. After school, I headed over to the final destination, Holiday Park. It took around 15 minutes to get situated with the camera set up, and the actors (including me) in the right place. After this, it ran smoothly. There were around 11 shots taken today, which after editing the video will add up to at the least, a minute and 10 seconds. My costume today was more athletic apparel than last time, with leggings and a dry fit shirt. Similar to what I would wear to take a walk in the park. The reason for this was to make the music video as close to real life as possible. This was to simulate the situation of having a stalker, even if they are not wearing a creepy yellow mask, lol. I acted out every scene and I feel that it will come together nicely. All in all, it took around 45 minutes to film today. Much of this time was used solely for retakes. Unfortunately there were many bloopers, which happens in every production, but that took a lot of time to re-do. Thankfully, a handful of these were the shorter shots. So, in reality it didn't take that much of our time. After I had acted in the park, it was time to film in the parking lot. Around 6 scenes were filmed here and the majority of our video was centered around these shots. Since, the filming portion is complete, up next is the editing. I plan to do some over the weekend. I will update you guys soon. I'm hoping you guys can't wait to see the final music video! Until then, Kylie.
